i dunno, mind that mine is a biased opinion, but this looks really really good cool trait and coloring, i like the fact that you used softer and less flashy tints (usually street fighter art is as colorful and flashy as the games, and that's not something bad, but i like this different touch )
also i love the steely determination of eyes, really piercing themselves and vibrant, a bit like a hawk's eyes (or even more those amazing huskys' azure eyes, that feel like they are studying you when you stare at em xD). Also with the color shading you managed both to show the movement dynamism and the sensual beauty of her fit body, especially ehm ehm the likable breast pulling and folding the cloth fabric for the energy of the chest twisting as she hits. One thing i always appreciated in Chun Li is that she's somehow, in the cast of Street Fighter, a model of virtue: i mean, what i always thoughts characterize her isn't just the beauty and strenght (and she's got lots of both xD) but the vibe of being a really loyal and trustworthy person xD
