A rejected Nicktoons pilot called The Modifyers premiered on the Web last February. It was created in 2007 by Chris Reccardi and Lynne Naylor.

Looking at Nickelodeon today, one would have to wonder why this was passed over. The pilot kicked arse and it would've made an awesome series!

And Agent Xero is a real cutie.

In addition to various shows for both Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network, Reccardi and Naylor have worked on two other pilots. They were IMP Inc. for The What a Cartoon Show and Meddlen Meddows for Cartoonstitute in 2001 and 2009 respectively.

Here's hoping they can have their own show someday.
