Description
Varan is another one of the kaiju created by Monarch. Still under evaluation, it is a genetically-engineered flying lizard, with some DNA traces of other agamids and monitor lizards, to give them resistance to environmental hazards (mostly sandstorms), as well as providing it with an augmented methabolism on land. Being a flying lizard, it glides up in the air, but has shorter wings than Rodan, meaning it is only used to make aerial recognition, before landing on a safe spot. As a slender animal, Varan is the first to land on spot before any previous military intervention.
