previously, I do not know how to make a shine in the hair(you can see in my old picture)[link]
and recently I learned how to make a hair shine from the manga school..
there are tricks to make the hair shine, that you have to create a color gradation by giving the basic color with the soft color, and add a shadow with a dark color. in a way coloring from bottom to top, and follow the hairline, for a natural look..

manga school that i follow is a kind of the course to learn the technique of drawing and coloring on the manga style..
and held once per week and spent 3 months for one level..
