I appreciate that you commissioned me! I'm disappointed it took me so long to complete. Sadly, I feel into a well of self-loathing and began to question any of the progress I was making with this commission. And now that I've taken the opportunity to leave that state of mind, I really want to remind everyone to not be so hard on themselves. I've been hating on my body-- criticizing every curve of muscle and fat, forcing myself to workout past fatigue, guilting myself in and out of eating food, the whole nine yards. And on top of it, I felt as if I somehow deserved the abuse for being unhappy with my appearance.

But I don't.

Yes, it's important to put effort into yourself because you deserve it-- but you should never turn it into a punishment. You're beautiful, and your body is going to change numerous times throughout your life. Your weight does not reflect your worth, nor does your physical appearance. You only have one body, so why not make an effort to love it at every stage it's in? Don't punish yourself because you think you should look differently, because you'll become miserable despite how healthy you tell yourself that you're being.

(Overall: I'm not discouraging anyone from working out or eating "healthy", just telling y'all to make an effort to love yourself and your changes because your journey is beautiful. Don't be too hard on yourself! Do what makes you feel happy and healthy.)

ANYWAYS! That's more or less why it took me so long to produce. I'm actually very proud of the result, despite being a worrywort the entire time while making it. Their color palette was inspired by holographic colors and the general "vaporwave" aesthetic.

Note: The horn reminds me so much of "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" 's Midna. Dang, it's been so long since I've played that game lol
