Koakuma is a succubus. In legend, a succubus is a demon that basically seduces men into having sexual interaction with them, and then would feed off their life force and energy, essentially "sexing their lover to death."

Actually... Koakuma is a demon/devil. It has never been said that she is a succubus. All that is known of her is that she's Patchouli's familiar and that she's some sort of demon/devil.
