For all those people that have said Chinese can't cook anything but Chinese food, I laugh in their general direction! Ha! Ahem... yes, well...This is a typical weekend routine for me. Every Sunday morning, my roommates look forward to one of my breakfasts that I've been perfecting over a good amount of time. At least 6 months or so now, I think. I lost track!
LoL!
But, one thing is for sure. When breakfast at my home is served, no one ever goes away hungry! ^.^
See? Yi can cook!

Good lord... what is all that?
I have to have very light breakfasts over the weekend cause I go off to work immediately after and have to do physical work so lots of digestion is bad for me.

What it is, hon, is: Smokey Maple Bacon, Scramble Eggs, Seasoned Diced Potatoes w/green and yellow onions, and my signature maple sausage. XD

Actually, MAPLE breakfast sausage, with a touch of extra maple syrup added in, while cooking it, to give it a nice extra-sweet flavor. Roommates really like it a lot.
