Description
I used Garrosh from the 5.4 patch cut scene and also the new player model head just to give a rough idea of the look you'd get here, more noble and powerful as a warrior of the Orcs. Also I gave Garrosh some hair and the glowing eyes of a chaos orc, like his father. I tweaked the skin color and gave some highlights with bold white accents here and there to give it a painterly look, not sure how rough it looks, the resolution of the player model orc head is a bit too clear compared to the pixelated body, I could have matched the blur more.
I have been wishing for an option to use the orc posture you see int he Warcraft concept art since 2004. Yes, the silhouette needed to be recognizable instantly from a human, but I think Blizzard has more than acknowledged they went too far, every chance since Cataclysm they've changed the posture to give them upright spines with overly built trapezius muscles, as is traditional in orc art. The ingame Vanilla model looks like an arthritic old hermit you'd expect to find hiding as a shaman somewhere, or a twisted old warlock wracked with evil and age.
Thankfully the art director of WOW, Chris Robinson, has said they're seriously considering this change as an option in the player model updates we're getting in Warlords of Draenor as of November 22nd.

I sure hope so. I don't play orcs for that reason. They look like green hunchbacks.

I've been leveling my orc warrior for about 6-8 years, I get all into orcs, then the stupid hunchback makes my eyes burn after a little while and he is left to gather dust for another year. He's almost level 60 now lol

I have one orc, female DK that used to be a space goat. My horde toons consist of belfs, tauren, goblins and recently, pandaren. I have one troll and one orc. No forsaken. I can't stand the way they're so anatomically bad. Just bad. =3
