I think my friend's feedback would be much helping in drawing pose properly. Maybe you can ask your friends for feedback and learn from each other
I obviously need something to learn about background.

haha yes having freinds to give feedback it great, my friends made a little facebook page called art support where we post our stuff for feedback and encouragement.
