For MLP-ATG-Alumni's week 12, day 1 theme: Draw Twilight Sparkle.I figured the gallery would be filled with Twilight's purple color, so why not go black & white? I also wanted to mess with some screentone thingies.

That's such a clever idea! She looks so retro and, uh, stylish how you drew her! It's a very good characterization of her if she were in a manga.

Oh my goodness. I think this is possibly my favorite fanart of Twilight. She's so adorable! The style kind of reminds me of Astro Boy, I think it's the eyes... But yeah. I always like seeing pieces that look enough like the show's style to make it recognizable, but are still very much a unique style. If that makes sense. XD;;
Nice use of screentones. I also like the way you shaded the hair, it looks kind of shiny :3
