dA has strict rules against stealing art, and on top of that, it's actually the law too.
And this person's entire gallery is filled with other's people art, the entire account is just filled with stolen pictures!
Even if they don't know, they need to learn!
It might not bother you, but it would and does bother a lot of the other victims.
I've had people steal my stuff before, and it absolutely devastated me!
One of the pictures they stole, I found the original, and the entire artist's description is a note on not taking their work or using it in any way without permission, and the theif clearly blatantly ignored that.
