Yes there will still be a badge on icon. And the dock is just a transparent image file, or you can use winterboard and check "transparent dock".

look perfect and soo minimalistic) good job.
But ymme1st can u tell me how to install such small icons? I always have a problem with it( after installing i got resized icons which bacame bigger and look ugly in my hs.

The clock pointers sometimes go out of the circle, which is pretty annoying and I've changed it too many times that I forgot how to restore to this LS anymore so you have to mod it urself I'm afraid
