I wouldn't waste time with Windows 8(the new Vista), stick with Windows 7(the new XP) and wait for Windows 9.

I meant to say this before, I'm working on a similar, mostly white, visual style, and I was wondering if it gave you the same feeling. I can't help but feel like it really strains my eyes, all of the white. Good luck with this.
