how do u add width and height without messing it up

For the background image? I resize the image itself with trial and error - fix to a new width / height, test it with the code. If it fits, then I leave it as that, and if it doesn't, I keep adjusting.

no i mean like where do i add " width="1000" height="1000"
so i can go as long as i want without the backround going away
