The influence/inspiration list

1. LOISH - miss lois van baarle, she has fueled my art like no other. her style had me hooked since day one and i always find myself trying to put a hint of her in my pieces (sometimes too much ) i would fill my room with her art in a heartbeat - `loish

2.MARK RYDEN I was actually just introduced to him last year and he has made me feel a lot better about what i do. he and i seem to do the same thing....we draw...a lot of girls. His colors, shading, style, and the overall scenarios he puts his characters in always draw me in - he always executes everything flawlessly

3. EISLEY/music my favorite band, eisley, constantly has me making art to illustrate their songs. They're filled with such whimsical lyrics that i normally can always picture something in my head when listening to it. Other music (particularly love songs) are what influences me, a certain line, a chorus, or the whole thing - music is possibly the largest influence behind the meaning of my pieces -

4. ALPHONSE MUCHA How wonderful that loish is my favorite artist - she led me to mister mucha with her "smoking fish" piece. This threw me into the world that is art nouveau and all the wonderful things that come with it - mucha at the front. his ability to draw hands and the female figure absolutely amaze me - even trying to re-draw his hands i find myself not being able to do it, it's so simple yet so elegant.

5. JOODLEZ/JUBY Whenever i do more anime themed artwork, this lady is whom i refer too. Her anime style while simple is SO BEAUTIFUL, the way she draws movement, hair, facial expressions, hands - all perfect and so amazing. *joodlez or more of her artwork at [link]

6.FASHION Clothing/outfits whatever, i love it - i love putting my characters in different outfits people come up with. If i can't afford them or have them for myself, i will draw someone wearing it it's sort of my way of ...owning it?

7.CUTE ANIMALS Oh god...oh god the animals, how i love them. There is something i love about...*cough* pairing girls with animals - it's a weird combo, that i really enjoy

8.DRAGONBALL Z/anime Little gohan in that first episode of dragonball z in that FREAKING ADORABLE OUTFIT i think is what got me hooked into the anime world years and year and years ago. I spent countless hours/days/years printing out pictures of DBZ artwork and re-drawing it (i still have them in a folder somewhere) Toonami in it's prime years of sailor moon, dbz, gundam wing are what started it all for me and it's rather sad to see that it's gone :/
