I'll intervene here. Lysaia is naturally tall and stocky (something like Gwendoline Christie as Brienne of Tarth). During her Huntress years she received gene modifications sometimes given to asari inhabiting high-grav worlds so they can acclimate (a bit of heacanon). Combined with her strong build these gene mods had marked additional effect. As a result she has noticeable increased skeletal mass, muscle mass, and muscle hypertrophy. Lastly, as an asari she doesn't see any contradiction between how she looks and activities other species might call "feminine."
