I know, tethers must be 1,5x longer at least. But the picture already has too much unused space.

Tell you what, I feel somewhat proud of this rigging scheme. I think, I did a nice major improvement to the typical wrists-to-hips that would work without restricting anything else. Rope round the waist, and the actual waist between the wrists should prevent hands from reach the knots on the opposite side (i.e. a 'spreader bar' without one). And the leg loops won't let the waist loop rotate too much. Maybe the rope should go a little different, but the principle is this: a loop round the leg, another one round the waist connects with the other wrist, everything knotted at the wrists.

I did not have a chance to try it live, but I think, this should work.

PS: how do you call this predicament in english properly? I mean the case where the victim is held with several long ropes from different directions. I think, lassoing wild horses should work somewhat like that... What's the right term?
