Personality:
Max is a friendly, enthusiastic fighting machine with a strong sense moral code and lust for battle who also occasionally does the whole "hero" job and stuff. He is usually laid back and carefree and goes about his life finding strong opponents or just trying to make ends meat. He also is looking for a girlfriend.
He has an absolute love for fighting. He is always wear his outfit and ready for fight anytime, anywhere to test his skills and to become stronger. The mer mention of a challenge will interest him.
Although he does have common sense like anyone, he's not that bright, not down right stupid just a bit slow. You see, he has dedicated his whole life to combat that he only has a 5 grade level education.
Powers
Max is a expert fighter, he has full knowledge of Street fighting, martial arts, kick boxing, karate, any other fighting style you could think of.
He also has a power he calls his "fighting spirit" which is pretty much inure ki. He can use this to power up and shoot energy waves.
