Taken in Cattauraugus County, New York. Namesake of the title is because this is the county line between Erie and Cattauraugus county in NY, and the creek is one of the most crooked creeks in the area. I love this creek, if you couldn't tell by the 30+ pictures I have of it on my gallery... πRelated content

Cattauraugus Creek. I try to keep the location secret here though. It's selfish, but I see it as a refuge, an escape. It may not be uniquely mine, but I love the land dearly. There is a serenity to places like this, and here especially for me, that is almost universally a characteristic to it's benefit. It's an area of peace in a world of chaos.

Yeah, it really is. Though I do have to be careful somewhat there, there are bears and coyotes.
