I know about them but they are temporary only last 1 year max and after that they kick you back out and you cant get another and if he overstays on that visa australia will kick him out permanently no exceptions

but i thought it said it was a one year only and you could only renew it for a second year if you worked in areas that more work was needed like the mines or farms o.o ive read it like a hundred times (ok not 100 but many multiple times)you might want to check again because overstaying is a serious thing and they wont let him back Ive even heard of a woman who was married and had children and she got deported and so now her husband and kids have to visit her in britain
