More information you say? Millie is a professional diplomatic assistant. Basically when delegates go to other planets they need information on the culture, language, etc. The company Millie works for trains people to be knowledgeable in all these things. Their customers are usually businesses either expanding to other planets or trying to negotiate for resources/labor, but Millie specializes in political aid. So her job requires her to be aware and well versed in political going-ons of multiple cultures as well as being fluent in their languages. She was born on her species home planet, but moved to a colony where the headquarters of the company she works for is located. As a result she doesn't have much contact with her family due to distance and travel. She likes wearing cute clothes.

Hm... maybe fashion books, books on language, or cultures? She might also have clip-outs of clothes (magazine pictures, etc.) on her board, cute things she wants or likes looking at. Maybe pictures of family members, letters from them?
