This is a character Mr.Qwertyuioppas created for a game concept called "Our Little NAKAMA". The story of the game involves 13 stuffed animals that get lost when they are put up for sale by their owner and thier journey to find a new home.
This guy is Felix, the main protagonist of the game. He's a cheerful little guy, albeit a little timid. Normally, he would have the courage of a lion, but he's actually a bit of a fraidy-cat at heart. He may look old, but he's actually the youngest member of the NAKAMA cast.
