Ok , took me quite some time on this one =]I don't know if the concept came out well here , but well .. hopefully I'd get some feedbacks on this one. I put in quite some effort into this one ~
As usual ,if you like it , comment / fave it so I'd know.
Opinions and Constructive Criticism are most welcome as I'm striving to improve further ! =] Oneigaishimasu!

Ah; this is wonderful. I love the feel and the details on the (under)ground.
That said, minor comment;
in the sea above, some more details / fishes would be nice to have. Atm the bottom part is crowded while the upper part is very..lonely. It makes a good composition, though. So I understand why you did that.
Also, adding more glow and light to the overall picture might have make the picture more beautiful than it already is.
Still, minor is minor. This is awesome!

It's so pretty in there!
The colors are amazing and the first few seconds I could only let my eyes roll over the drawing to suck up all the pretty details
A truly gorgeous work ^^
The blue fish in the upper right do stand out a lot and don't blend as smoothly as the ones in the front. Maybe a bit more shading or fading would've blend it more. (not meant to offend though since I truly like this pic)

The underwaterworld is the most colourful location and so it fits that you draw the guy with a colour palette.
With the title it seems to be a sad topic too.
This longig of things that do not exist or what you just can dreaming of, cause you know you never will get it.
Maybe a girl/boy you fall in love with but who is out of reach.
Or the colourless life you live and wherefrom you can't escape.
I love the colours and the little details in your pic, also the expression on their faces and the way you let all things be so "under water" and weightless!!
