Aaaaand here goes my part of my art trade with awesomely skilled artist !It's her demonic character Nequeo; who was by all means a damn fun to draw! And by fun.. hehe.. I mean pure SMEXXXXXX *pleased hiss*

No problem! It annoys me terribly when I see how some people just blatantly trace/ripoff other people's hard work, especially from artists that I love such as yourself! >^<' I hope he AT LEAST gives you credit where it's due if nothing else.

That sucks, truly. :/ I can't really see how there could be any excuse other than tracing this time around well I mean the only change he made is a curve to the waist line to make it appear more female the shape of everything else is exactly same, save for the fingers that look all wobbly and misshapen - also a tell tale sign of tracing. OTL I really hope they do.

Yes, basically it does; well the owner of that picture didn't respond yet. I'll be sure to stay on it. If he will ignore my asking, I shall see what to do next. Reporting him for violation (and selling!!) will be probably the best thing to do. I am totally okay with people taking my poses as references; I mean each of us does that some times. But fully copying it.. is simply not right; at least not without crediting back on the original pose-inventor

But of course I do as well; sometimes I need references to freshen up my mind and to stop concentrating on my own ideas, which tend to repeat themselves sometimes ^^ I am especially in need for references, when I'm having troubles with a pose of some kind ^___^ It's only normal to search for help; especially if we have an opportunity to do so due to this modern invention called 'the internet' *smiles* ;D
