TUMBLR Y-G! Light struck down in a slanted column over a small patch of open land. The area looked to have been recently swept clean in the last few years. It dipped low like a bowl, cradling the Solarian and their belongings. The mostly dry material had been cunning braced thought a series of fallen branches; but that kept the scientist's attention for only a moment. It had locked on what lay at the center of that pillar of light. He couldn't move; could hardly breathe. The sight before him was awe inspiring in its surreal setting.
Kelvin had first thought this man a hero, and that image had been clear in his mind. Now that ancestral affiliation was replaced with a far nobler one. This man was an angel. He had no wings and divinity would be laughable; but that didn't prevent his 'soul' from shining though in that moment.
The half dragon understood. He knew what was taking place. How could he not with the foliage around him giving example after example of what was principally the same thing. Memory flashed though the deteriorating condition, the concealed form, and always intriguing lines on his skin...
The energetic structure of the lines, covering Calir's body is very complex; the tracks running along smooth skin are basically supplying his organs with energy. He gains and filters the vital energy by absorbing light; a principle similar to photosynthesis, yet different in several ways. The lines are not only very sensitive, but also damn important for his survival. The most vital spot is the spine strand. Those of you. who are attentive enough; will be able to distinguish some basic organs on this energetic-mapping.

Oooh interesting, though I find it rather difficult to keep my eyes upward.
Might as well take a stab at this, can't ever say no to a chance at art of my characters.
My biology is a little rusty, so here goes nothing. D:
As for the organs. (I'll be working down from his neck) It looks to me like the first green hexagon on his neck is perhaps connected to the brain (the marking on his neck is where I think the brain stem connects to the spinal cord). It looks like some aspects of the marking relate to muscles and bones rather than organs (such as his shoulderblades, biceps, elbows etc.), so I'll bypass those. His heart would probably be the next one down, the hollow circle beneath the hexagon.
Next to those would be the little branching circles, since they spread out into strands, I get the feeling those are related to his lungs, the branching structure gives that feel off to me anyway. :> Next up seems like it could be his liver, what with the zig-zagging line being higher than his stomach would be and only on the one side. The small circle next to this and the area below it could probably be his stomach, the diagonal lines going downward from their could also be related to his small intestine. The diagonal lines that go upward toward his spinal cord, just above his sweet sweet ass, are most likely connected to his kidneys.
The second to lowest circle, just above that fine ass of his (have I mentioned he has a nice ass yet?) probably denotes his large intestine. I could name what I think the lowest circle is, but uh... I'd rather not. It'd make this process of mine sound way more scientific than it is. Not sure if the spinal cord really counts as an organ, but if that's the case it's obviously on show as well.
As for arteries... uh... *flees to Wikipedia*
On his shoulders they'd probably be the Subclavian arteries.
His arms would consist of the Branchial and Deep Branchiel arteries. The area near his elbow could be the Radial recurrent artery. His forearms probably have the Interosseous, Radial or Ulnar arteries represented. His hands from the looks of things have the Palmar Carpal and Dorsal Carpal arteries marked.
Along his back it'd probably have the Intercostal arteries, Celiac trunk and on his butt you've probably got the femoral Circunflex artery marked.
