I always wanted to draw with colored outlines like this. But my comic book ways stops me all the time. How is it you do this. Any tips?

Ohhhhh, you've found some very old arts of mine haha XD *derp*
Oh, I remember making a sketch first with a pencil which is very soft, like 2B or 3B, just to be sure about the pose ^^ And then I redrew the sketch on a separate piece of paper, however this time drawing the lines of the body with body-color pencils, the hair - with blue pencils and so on ^^ So basically to prevent Outlines as such, I had been using the same color for lines i wished the body/hair/dress to be afterwards ^^
