hahahaha, i can tell because i pay attention...when i have time. >.>
to explain, you have a lot of meticulous work with the water that involves several brush variations and tons of shading transitions. i cold see it was tweaked a lot to get where it is. ^^
the hair i see a great many individual strands in the thatch of it, and doing hair that way can only really work if you in a kinda half hypnotized state of repetition as far as i know.
see, i'm good at explaining myself too.
