Description
Just too free and decided to draw something during my free time.She is not my friend but a Taiwanese singer named Cyndi Wang. I kinda like her face expression and i think it will look nice in vector.
Done all the tracing in Illustrator as usual. And add a blur filter on top with Photoshop, twick the color to make it look smoother and "crystal clear" feel. I dunno how to explain that, but that's the feel i want.
It's another style of mine. No too detail, not too simplified, but i take the middle.

you've got the right feeling on this picture with your blur ... it's a bit 'dreamy'...
