This is my entry for the Ravenpaw contest From the club xWarrior-CatsxI was thinking of making Ravenpaw hiding from the threat that Tigerclaw makes him endure but I felt like it was just too common. So I decided to make a scene from the first book where Ravenpaw catches an adder.
I don't know why but I really likes that scene where Greypaw's amazed by Ravenpaw's catch and by his agility. "I was too quick for them!" thats what Ravenpaw said
I took the background from a scene from Bambi movie. I'm so lazy that I didn't even made shadings on the 2 cats and didn't felt like making my own background. Well I just stink at making background especially forest one. Sorry T-T
But when I was checking out Bambi's scenes I realized that in most of them Bambi didn't had shading on, so I thought it would look more animated this way.
Anyway I hope you enjoy
I just love Greypaw on this one and Ravenpaw as well.

I really like the style and background.
But the ears could be a little bit smaller,
not a lot though....

You did great on the fur length because
Graypaw is a long-haired cat and Ravenpaw Isn't.
Some artist put too much fur on the cats
they draw but you didn't
You made them just like the book said

Okay, so you wanted a critique.
The anatomy on Ravenpaw and Graypaw(strioe) is very good, I like the way you can tell that they are Warriors, and not just some randomized kittypets that found the body of a snake because of their strong muscular legs. I also like the adder, although I think it should be a little bit smaller because it's too big and kind of makes it look like a rattlesnake.
On the other hand, their ears should be a bit smaller and lower down on their heads. I also find that it looks like Graypaw is attacking Ravenpaw with unsheathed claws because you can see his sharp teeth. Ravenpaw also looks scared, and could do with a blush, as if embarrased about his skill.
