We use a wooden board as the base, then add a piece of insulation foam for a more 3D shape and paint it in black. We crave a hole in the insulation foam for the head and glue it on the back of a long black wig. And we cover the board/foam with the wig hair. Finally spay the whole thing with Got2Be.
