well that is uncertain cause yusei's friends int he satellite could have visted them off screen. Afterall and episode doesn't capture alll the events 24 hours.
Yeah that is one reason y zexal is better than gx (to me) yuma and astral learned from each other. however the plot might have had interesting and deep themes, but the childish city look and alien worlds which people can reincarnate in there it's a bit on the fanatasy side. 5ds was more sci fi with deep themes we face nowadays: greed, ambition and overpopulation of mankind whereas zexal had don thousand as the classic villain that wants to rule everything, while Z-ONE alongside his friends where tragic villains whom only wanted to save their timeline.
True about jaden but i have one question: in the first two seasons, jaden is childish and a total lucky slacker whereas once yubel was introduced, he became completely serious. seems to me the first two seasons of gx were all to attract the younger audience with childish looking cards depicting super heroes, cartoon vehicles, etc and fearing the older audience was driving away, they introduce a psycopatic yubel and change jaden's behavior as if to salvage the show
Yes that is noticeable cause they're the protagonists. plus it doens't mean they win all duels.

Jaden's personality in the beginning showed that he had fun and was playful. But later on he learns that dueling is bascailly a term of life and death. If you lose you'll die. that what he had learned. Season one and two was slowly getting into that. Season three is when jaden's past caught up with him and slowly hurt his friends in the process. Season 4 showed how much he had matured but lost something which in the case that dueling is something to enjoy when times comes and such. (well its my thoughtwise) thats why i Like gx.

yeah the 7 barian emperors wanted to take down the astral world, but the real mastermind (don thousand) wanted to rule the universe

well supersized is the biggest pumpkaboo. it may have lower speed stats, but in compensation, it has bigger hp stats, which is good cause it knows leech seed

yeah like a real pumpkin: if it's small, it's must faster, but a bigger one means more nutrition (hp) XD
