Poor kid....it's works like these that really make you sympathize with a character. Yuya's buffoon personality is quite understandable from what he's been through for the past three years--it's quite obvious he's using it as a mask to hide his inner emotions. Sure, he's strong on the outside and the every day interaction with his friends does wonders to lessen the pain, but he probably still feels it. I wouldn't be surprised if he cries like this when nobody's around him.

this picture totally fits the character. I can relate tot hat: he wants to make people smile and laugh, yet he's a sad clown because of what happened to his dad, i think

yeah, you know most recent episodes with him force laughing, it showed how much he just wears a mask of happiness or something OTL

yeah so i noticed and to gather attention like he did against strong ishijima dressed as a clown making funny faces. What differentiates yuya from jade is that yuya may sometimes act like a goof, he has impressive honed duelling skills and strategies, Jaden is a slacker whom basically wins by luck. (sorry, but yugioh gx to me was a big joke

then it was Joey.
after its yuya or luka or even yusei.
after it sort of yugi.
and last is yuma. (i liked the show but it couldn't keep me intrested enough XD)
you know too be fair, jaden gets lucky with the draw, but mostly every single protag does cheat in some way.Β Yugi had a double personality who is the king of games and dark magic to duel for him.Β Jaden had luck mostly with plot device cards. (he just does it most other protags) yusei can create cards out of no whenever he wants, yuma can top deck any cards he wants and has astral helping him. yuya changed his own deck to become pendellum monsters.Β so yeah.

well i prefer yusei as my fav cause his prsonality and beliefs are what really enjoyed me. and for what i see, he only created shooting star dragon and shooting quasar dragon. plus he created them cause the 5ds plot say that synchro monsters are the results of a person being tuned mind body and soul
yuma creates more cards alongside astral and never use the same ones again. Plus zexal didn't captivate me much cause the whole theme and heartland city seems very childish with all the pink and heart motif all over the city while the other seasons the city was modern and futuristic
Yeah jaden to me will always be what chronos calls him : a dropout boy and i agree with what another techer said aboout jaden: mr. stein
Hmmm i wouldn't say yuya created pendulum cards. i noticed that when they were created, he played them but in the end, didn't know what happened and was confused about the whole thing. so to me yuya didn't create pendulum cards, they just popped out of nowhere

yeah yusei is a cool character.Β though he did forget about his friends back in the satilite after a bit.Β I mean he doesn't even contact or send a letter once.
Actually Zexal did have a few good ends to it. xyz summon was pretty interesting too.Β As well have some steady plot to it.Β It was consistent in a way.Β And if you did watch it, they show characters growing.Β Like astral gaining more feelings and stuff like that~
well actually to be fair jaden did finish duel academy.Β He got his diploma after all.Β He just left and didn't go to the after party.Β plus out of all the characters, jaden motif is to have fun.
though he is still the one using them, thus changing his deck midbattle.Β He should be disqualified XDΒ
but you know everyone in the series is still lucky with their miracle draws.
