Kousagi has colors! ^_^ Her hair is lavender and her eyes are Usagi's blue. Her Serafuku is another story... and I've asked Sensei... if she'll respond.
The Maenad were also colored. Artbook Volume IV, All characters poster on the left-hand side.
I believe I chose to color Guardian Cosmos this way:

because of the Maenad's screentoning and eyes were similar as well as Queen Serenity so I colored her like those two figures. I can't remember 100% but since her eyes are like marbles like all three of those moon figures, then I figured her eyes were of the same shade and since she was related to be the Guardian of a Cauldron of light and indicated to be like Cosmos, I assumed that her clothes would be like Sailor Cosmos's clothes which would follow with the like Sailor, like Guardian rules set in the Dream Arc. So I assumed her clothes must be white following the Sailormoon's color is silver/white Queen Serenity's color. White is also the color of purity and the *majority* of the characters connected to the Moon family end up with white hair... Lady Serenity, Neo Queen Serenity, Sailor Cosmos (Mos likely part of it), and Queen Serenity. Yellow, however, is the major color for Venus. Blue is the major color for Mercury. Pink is a possible color, but it runs into problems of color harmony and following past coloring rules set out in Sailormoon.
But still, you can choose a you like... I just chose to correlate based on Takeuchi-sensei's past choices.

That was an older post... she has medium pink hair. somewhere between Chibiusa and Chibichibi. Though the picture you linked to never had "Kousagi" labeled below it, making it dubious, the single color picture that is properly labeled, does have medium pink hair.
The problem came from badly scanned pictures.

There's another one with the inner senshi's daughters from the PU manga. Though I think her hair is closer to a soft pink, so I think you're right.

I did request for a better scan, but I haven't found an exact one so the only way to cure it is have Takeuchi-sensei draw her as Parallel Sailor Moon, killing two questions with one stone.

If she ever comes back to the US I'm plotting a way to get her to draw Parallel Sailormoon in color instead of the usual Usagi. XD. (Get the matter settled.) Bring my collection of Copic and ask her to draw.... XD.
I'm sure whatever she draws will have color harmony in it.
It's my top question along with the real identity of Sailor Cosmos beyond she is future Sailor Moon and Chibichibi...

An almost 10 year secret... She better tell us. Last time she said it was "complicated" Me and a friend want her to draw the story... that would be amazing.
My plan for attack on that is to give her a list of options on a huge poster board and ask her 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

Less errors in translation by a crappy translator, and you can add cute pictures to make her happy. ^_^ A little direct, but add a dogeza by the audience and she can't refuse. Muhahahaha.
