This is my first critique and I'm 13.
The dragon is very original. The light does blur a little but it captures people's attention to the dragon and it looks well placed to me. The balloon is a bit of a mystery to me about why it's there and I don't think it fits well in the picture. Maybe you could've added something else in that space instead but that's just me. Overall I think this is very original and is a creative piece of artwork. Well done!

开心了龙龙 is such a cute CNY mascot!
I really like the use of the images 'merged' together to create this since with 开心了龙龙 on top of the world. The light of the sun kind of 'blurs' the image of 开心了龙龙 but the light also grabs the viewer's attention. The use of texture for 开心了龙龙 gives the dragon uniqueness and originality.
One question, I can't really think of why the hot air balloon is there for... I like the way that it expresses colour to the scene, the balloon is so individual in the picture since everything feels so calm and it feels like it is smiling at me.
You used great sense of technique to form a beautiful scene with a fictional character, keep up with the good work!
