Description
Something that came to mind while I was reading Twilight
(though it has absolutely NOTHING to do with it xD )I feel much comfortable doing things in monochrome rather than colour... i'm more of a black&white/sketchy person anyways :/ hehe
Couldn't decide to go with a cool or warm background, so I did BOTH!
Tools of doom: wacom tablet, open canvas 4 and photoshop 8
Time: mehh.... 6 hrs

Ah, I have a hard time blending in Photoshop... is it simpler in Open Canvas? (hopeful)

yeah it's easier, but OC doesn't have as many tools as photoshop

Such a bold use of crosshatching isn't unheard of, but it really takes talent to be able to seamlessly blend it with just a subtle amount of color like this!
