Well you can't use or represent the design of character in anything that would bring you financial benefits or you would get payment for. Just like using in non-free games, web graphics, commercial ,etc..
And sorry hun but the design itself is NOT allowed to sell for more than you bought it for. You could only add price tag for the art you payed for as a side extra fee/price.
