TOEI was officially concidered Garren as the Secondary Rider of Blade.
For Example :
- In Kamen Rider Climax Heroes Series and Battride War, Garren appears as the Secondary Rider.
- In Kamen Rider Fourze Quiz, Garren officially appears after the Secondary Rider of W (Double), Accel.
- In Kamen Rider Decade (World of Blade)
- And many more.

I think this is a great pick, especially because of my love for the Secondary Riders.
My only nitpick is that all the Riders on here are the official Secondary Riders for their series, except for Garren. Chalice is officially the Secondary Rider for Blade.
But again, overall, this is a great picture.

Have you watch Kamen Rider Fourze Quiz? In that show, Garren appears after Accel (W's Secondary Rider) and he said he was the Partner of Blade.

Chalice is Blade's secondary Rider. They give more detail on Hajime than Tachibana, Plus a common trend in Secondary Riders is the rivalry between the Primary and Secondary Riders. G3 not keeping up with mystical Agito and Gills, the ongoing rivalry of Ryuki and Knight, Kaixa only caring for Mari and tries leaving Takumi with no allies, Chalice not making a partnership with Blade, seeing him originally as an enemy, the list goes on. Just like how G3 and Ibuki have more to do with the plot of the story, Chalice has more to do with Blade's story, with him being the (SPOILER ALERT) Joker.

Because G3 and Gills as well as Ibuki and Zanki of Hibiki are both equal in a sense so I chose the first.
