Ohhhh my very first thought was like:
"Waaaah, is that Yoru's fanart? that I would ever see a new one again!"
I really like the coloration, I especially how you colored the wood, it looks so detailed and realstic, ya know? And how the fabric of his kimono/hakama (whatever) gleams there. The coloration of the background just bends in so well with all the colors, i cannot descrivbe, i just love how you do the sky even though you would come up with "it was just simple |D" or sth like that hahah.

The sky was really just 'lalala, cloud, stripe, done.' |D; Which is why I drowned it in a texture, looked boring...
The coloration of the hakama (I think it's one...? ยฐAยฐ) was the reason I even bothered to finish this- Was kinda happy with it.
