He was the first demon of the eighth group of five male demons to join the big bad guys. Arret is calm, cool, collected, and calculating. He enjoys science and technology and reading during his free time, which he doesn't have much of, because he's the head of the Science and Technologies Dept. of the bad guys org.

Anyhow, his power is to create and manipulate just about any barrier in just about any way. Like, he could make a 200 ft. sq. inch barrier around a town and raise the temperature to 100 degrees F. And a bunch of other stuff.
