ohhhhhhhhhhhh this one isnt watercolor its cell shading

ok use brush at 70% hardness and eraser at 65% hardness and both flows at 25% and also opacity should always be 100% if you want to do something with less opacity than 100% dont reduce for the brush reduce the layer opacity because if your opacity is less than 100 when you'll color again on it it will be a part darker and a part lighter
