The new arc in Candytale is so very interesting and heartbreaking, I just had to draw fanart of it!

In case no one knows, what happened is Soda Gaster's wife, Apple Calibri, came back from the dead - either that or the event of her death of reversed - and now she's alive and well. However, that comes with a cost: Chocolate Papyrus was the only one who was born before Calibri's death, so Gaster used some of her sugar - dust - to create a new son for Papyrus before he became lost in the void: Taffy Sans. So now that Calibri's been revived, this created a paradox where Gaster never used her sugar to create Sans, meaning he never existed. Now no one remembers him, not even Papyrus; the only ones who remember him are Gaster, Calibri, and Spikey, San's mate and the Candytale equivalent to Underfell's Sans.

Also, Taffy Sans and Spikey had three children - Licorice Snap, Key Lime, and Cough Drop - together, but since Sans was never created that means the babies were never born. Now all four of them have disappeared.

Gaster tries to find a way to reverse the effects of the paradox - which would mean losing his wife a second time - as Spikey struggles to get Papyrus to recall Sans in any way, but with no success thus far.
