Taken from Animaniacs Issue #35 story - Tour De Freak!Cosgrove's Secret Weapon, the phrase "Cut It Out" is all-powerful, and knows no limits, as it quells the Warner Siblings. When you're staring down the barrel of a loaded Cosgrove, you just GOTTA cut it out.

Yeah, another reason Cosgrove is pure awesome-win. So much so that not only can he quell the Warners, but he can single handedly stop Chuck Norris. Or the jokes at least.

There's a Freakazoid site with the whole story up for downloading. It features Freakazoid on a Studio tour, while the Lobe's word-for-word pitch for a Pinky and the Brain-like show (think the show, with two mutated Brain pieces replacing the mice) was rejected by Mr. Plotz. Dot stays with Freakazoid for most of the issue, while the Lobe was being pestered by Dot's brothers. After Cosgrove woke up, Lobe was forced to stop his plan. It's really good.
