That's because it's not Tetris. It's Panel de Pon/Puzzle League!

I was think about doing this since SNES-NSO released the original Panel de Pon on their service. It was fun and I get to practice my Japanese skills a bit, then eventually decided to play the English localization online, Tetris Attack, which is the same game but with a Yoshi reskin.

Back then, I played Tetris Attack more than the original one on the Switch because it's in English, and also because it has Yoshi in it, so why not? I breezed through Easy mode, got a bit uneasy in Medium, and almost gave up on stage 11 (Kamek) and 12 (Bowser) on Hard. I also found out that I'm not really good at managing my chains so the fact that I won against Bowser with accidental chains just blows my mind. At times, I play the GBA version of the game in the Dr. Mario & Puzzle League game, and I like it's various new mode to liven things up, like random garbage dropping down from time to time, and racing on who reach the goal line first. ^^ Since this series has nothing to do with actual Tetris, games after this will now be called "Puzzle League" or basically "Panel de Pon".

Back to my drawing, it features Yoshi, Bowser and a bunch of colorful panels found in the game: green circle, yellow star, red heart, light-blue triangle, purple diamond, blue upside-down triangle and a metallic Shock Panel, with Yoshi holding two panels, and Bowser being hit by one on the head. At first, I made the panels like actual cubes, but art from the game states that these panels are actually shaped like square pizza boxes, and even shows Yoshi holding two panels and Bowser being hit by a yellow panel on the head shows that they are shaped like pizza boxes. The cover for the game also says they are shaped like that.

While I stand with normal Tetrimino Tetris, this game is still fun, regardless of one's puzzle skills. Also, the reason Yoshi and Bowser is here becuase they appeared together in Tetris Attack, which is obvious, and since I love these two together, why not do that? XD They seems to be in a very blocky situation.
