UPDATE: I have made it so that you can choose how many characters long the password is when it is generated. This nifty tool made in Flash generates a random password consisting of only letters and/or numbers.
The Random Password Generator can be useful if you can't think of a new password to use. If this is done, then others that may have hacked into your account can't anymore because they have your old password and not your new one.
Here are some funny passwords I generated:

Why.
It's not even online, there is no way it can hack anyone. All it does it you choose how many characters you want the password to be, and it chooses out of all the numbers 0-9 and all the letters a-z to choose a random password for you which you copy and paste to reset your own password so that your account is safer.
