A finish drawing from May 2012.A fanart of Tod from the movie Fox and the Hound.
Here is the color version of it. I went and tested out the shading underneath his chin for shadowing. I think it turned out well.

Awww poor Tod. I feel very sorry for him because I've suffered from depression myself, it stinks. It hurts, it's uncomfortable. The loss of interests, the limited enjoyment of things, the heavy weight your feel in your head. I can empathise, I almost want to cry describing these symptoms. Β Β Β Β
But the art isn't bad, I like the art. I also like Tod
It stinks growing up and then by the time you're 20 years old you get depressed (that happened to me and severe depression never happened to me until I was 19 and I was uncertain how to handle it. What I mean is, kids grow up relatively happy but then once they become adults orΒ get toΒ some certain age they start suffering from depression. True some people suffer from it before they're adults, some even before they're teens.
But looking at Tod reminded me of me.
