I keep these things simple cause, I'm going to draw all the Pokemon in this style diapered but, I will explain the picture to you.
Story: The Meowstics are a married couple that had a Espurr that they've been taking care of for about 3 years now, Espurr has never talked before because, of their parents babying them alittle to much, the father Meowstic asked his wife to change them but, things don't go see well when he finds out that she has never changed a diaper in her life, the motherly Meowstic puts her paw in Espurr's diaper to check it and, as she does the Espurr grunts and, the father facepalms.

All Pokemon and, they have to use them 24/7, People in this universe found out how to recycle diapers to create new ones and, includes comfort for the correct Pokemon type diapers.

Say it's just a single country. It's less limiting that way and will have it make sense on how your characters could exist in the same world as LuxrayBlast's characters (with your School Check Up picture). I'd even go as far as to say you shouldn't have any rule with your world be global and have it all be localized to a country.

I am indeed a writer. I have a decent amount of writing already on my account and you could read through that to see if you think I am a good writer.
I am not sure whether I want to take up this deal (my biggest fear is that I accept it, then get a writer's block and am unable to fulfill my side of the deal, leaving you cheated out).
If we do go through with this (which again, I am not sure about) I request that both the pictures and literature get posted on your account. My followers are unaware of my fetishes, so they would be weirded out if I suddenly uploaded a fetish story to them.

This is certainly a lot darker of an outlook than your's, but I see them as my audience, and not as my friends. So I am not going to upload something completely alien from what they are following me for.
I'll start with trying to flesh this story out and tell you if I think it is something I can write or not. If I can get this story written, I will and I'll send it to you (and I won't be mad at all if you aren't able to make pictures for them). If the story isn't turning out right, we will just forget about this. Put it behind us.
Also, do you imagine this being more of a several chapter story like what I have on my account, some several paragraph short stories like what you put in the description/comments of your pictures, or just a detailed description of this pokemon world that is just worldbuilding without really a story that takes place in the world?
