Ooh, very nice! Yellow looks pretty good on Stripe.
Might I offer a small critique? Each Super Form has a small twist on it, depending on the character in question. Take Sonic and Shadow for example; Sonic's is more of a golden yellow and his hair stands up more, while Shadow's is more white lemon in color and his hair stays the same. Heck, Knuckles' Super Form is pinkish in color, so it doesn't even have to be yellow. 
Besides the color, I'd probably change the stripes on the hair too to make them match the super form, and even spike up the hairstyle in general as well.

Yeah. I'd just play with it a little. Experiment with different hairstyles. Who knows? You might surprise yourself.
I came up with a Super Form of my own, but it's more inspired by Mario than Sonic.

I kind of dislike how your character has a super form. Seems Mary Sue. If it is just for art fun reasons then ignore my comment.

i only got the idea since blaze turned super once.
all i know is just as long as there was a way she got super formed in the first place, then its not really a Mary sue. a Mary sue is actully someone who says they are the most powerful of all, stripe is just a kid who helps with the freedom fighters, she isn't really powerful (except for the super form part). but i guess its your opinion ^^

Not really. The characters do not have to say they are powerful. I think it more accurate if sonic and shadow are near by. Sonic and shadow have the ability yo give power to people.
