An insight to my anguish for creativity, cautious, weary... unsure. Depression and anxiety have taken control of my sanctuary and has made it my prison with the key just out of reach.
Will the wolf survive or will it perish? Will the wolf succeed or will it fail?
Will I rise like the phoenix from the ashes again or be choked by the ashes again?
Only time will tell.
Until then, I will remain weary, and cautiously approach.
And I can onlyΒ hope that therapy will guide me along the way.

Β Gouache, which means "water paint" or "splash" in Italian, is a type of opaque watercolor. Gouache is different from watercolor in that the particles are larger, there is much more pigment, and a white pigment such as chalk is also present.
It is almost like the in between of watercolor and acrylic in my opinion. It can be used like either one. Layering can be a tad difficult as unlike watercolor or acrylic, once water touches the dried paint, it basically reactivates it. So I would recommend testing it out first. I love that I can rework it. It's great when you want to add highlights too because you can strip the paint away revealing the white paper underneath.

It can be. About 8 years ago gouache was about 3$ a 14mL tube now it's gone up to 8$+ for each tube.

Those don't look too bad. I'm not familiar with the brand name unfortunately so I couldn't give you a review on it. I use Winsor & Newton brand.

thats the prob. i also dont know this brand. i think i risk it and buy them when i got my money.
W&N is great! have calligraphy inks from it! really love them. guess its one of the best brands u can buy. i was actually looking for it. but its not availalbe in germany ATM and shipping from US or GB is really expensive
