Description
Class: Art 3Assignment: Make an abstract still-life using various items by βshatteringβ the image.
Materials: Charcoal paper and charcoal and collage to fill.
This is one of those pictures that even though it was absolutely miserable to make, I just like how it turned out. Word of warning to anyone brave enough to try charcoal, IT SMEARS! Trying to work over and around charcoal is definitely an experience that will keep me away from charcoal for awhile. And just a little fun fact, the sheet music in the top right is the Mario Bros. theme song.

Thanks. I can't play violin, but it's definitely my favorite instrument. If I had the time and access to quality instruction, then I would definitely want to learn it.

well my music teacher was awesome, he was funny too, then he got switched with a girl but shes not so bad, she just gives us music for the 10 year olds sometimes

I went to a fairly small Jr. High, but we managed to have a band. I played trumpet and had a couple good teachers back then. However, when I went to high school (which had a good orchestra) I found my way into doing art instead.
