Anne Hathaway is exactly who I thought it was from the Thumbnail and on closer inspection I still see a lot of her in this image.
It is an amazing piece of work though, irrespective of the perceived facial similarities.

A British/Scottish actor. From memory he played the faun in the first Narnia film, lead roll in "Starter for Ten" and erm... "Last King of Scotland" are the three films I've seen that spring instantly to mind.
